NEW CONSTRUCTION
We pride ourselves on being considered one of the premiere design firms to design from the ground up. We understand the way a home is built and the way a project must correlate to ensure a seamless design. We work with your architect, builder, landscape architect and hundreds of other trades to ensure all details are managed and executed flawlessly.
project management
One of our greatest strengths here at KBD is managing the diverse and unique needs of each of our customers. We work for many customers who do not reside here on Amelia Island and our job is to act as the Owner’s Representative to ensure their project is completed exactly the way it would be if they were standing on site. We are known for building long time relationships with our customers and we manage tasks large and small to ensure a deadlines and budgets are met.
REMOTE DESIGN SERVICES
Just because you’re not with us on the island, doesn’t mean you’re off our radar. We take pride in our ability to keep clients involved and informed, no matter the distance. We focus on incorporating your individuality and personal taste with our style and experience by communicating with our clients every step of the design process; from initial sketches to finishing touches. We have a very specific system that we use to communicate remotely and efficiently.
